We’re looking for an interim Accounting Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, covering for a parental leave for approximately 12 months. In this role, you’ll support our mission by overseeing and optimizing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic financial decisions during this important period. Based at our office in Kista, you’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team, handling operational tasks while also contributing to development and improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including reporting.
• Ensure accurate annual financial statements and maintain a strong knowledge of relevant accounting standards, such as K3 and IFRS.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations, acting as a resource for questions related to project, inventory, and general accounting.
• Lead efficiency projects and evaluate and improve processes and systems.
• Develop and enhance internal controls and policies.
• Maintain ongoing contact with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for other departments within the organization on finance-related matters.

Experience

We are looking for someone with a university degree in finance or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in independent and advanced accounting work. You are capable of independently preparing financial statements and annual reports and have a strong understanding of current accounting standards, including both K3 and IFRS.

Ideally, since Climeon is a publicly listed company, it is highly advantageous if you have prior experience in a listed company. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and have strong skills in Excel as well as experience with Business Central or similar financial systems.

Furthermore, to succeed in this role, you should be open, social, and proactive, with strong communication skills. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoy working both within the finance team and across departments. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing setting.
