Climeon’s Heat Power modules are being installed in several challenging and exciting environments. The quality level and performance need to be world class. In order to achieve this, we need experienced personnel to provide an extra depth of knowledge and stability to help build and spread the competence in our teams. As a Service Engineer in the Customer Support team, you will have a role where your practical hands-on experience, deep technical knowledge and teamwork skills will come handy.

Being a Service Engineer at Climeon is a versatile role where you will gain widespread knowledge on the technology surrounding our Heat Power modules. You’ll be working hands-on with electronics, mechanics and PLC control system- supporting and servicing our existing system installs and our new commissioning projects to make sure our machines are up and running at all times. The job will be carried out at Climeon headquarters in Kista as well as abroad, meaning you’ll be working around the globe, at our Geothermal, Industrial and Maritime based power sites.  The role also includes:

  • Write procedures and methods 
  • Report changes and deviations in applicable administrative systems, drive and follow-up remedies 
  • Connect systems mechanically and electrically 
  • Electrical-, mechanical- and software configuration 
  • Set-up of electrical HW and SW 
  • Problemsolving with your colleagues
  • Replace and install malfunctioning parts 
  • Execute FAT and SAT 
  • Coordinate and make sure that modules are shipped accordingly 
  • Issue reporting
  • Customer support

Who are you? 

To succeed in this role, we seek someone with deep technical knowledge, preferably within power electronics and software (PLC). We believe you have a technical degree, preferably within power electronics/electronics, automation, maritime, or similar. We also believe that you have at least five-ten years relevant hands-on working experience from servicing, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment (e.g. industrial processing equipment). Since our modules are spread across the globe, this role includes a lot of travelling, both planned and with short notice. Therefore, you must be able to travel for short and longer periods of time, approximately up to 160 days/year.
