Climeon’s Research & Development department is the perfect place for anyone who loves technology and product development - and who wants to influence the future. We are now looking for a Mechanical Development Team leader to join the team!
Climeon’s Heat Power modules are being installed in several challenging environments and both the quality and performance needs to be world class. As Team leader, you will have an important role with a lot of responsibility in the very core of Climeon’s development. The role includes both hands-on mechanical design work in collaboration with our suppliers as well as coordinating and leading our mechanical development team. You will be a senior decision maker within design and other mechanical questions and you will be in charge of the mechanical development processes.
To succeed in this role we seek someone with the following:
- B.sc or M.sc in relevant field
- Several years’ experience within mechanical design as well as experience within machine design and manufacturing, preferably low volume production
- Leadership qualities (experience is a plus)
- Experience from working in a project based organization
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
We see it as a plus if you have:
- Knowledge or experience of pressure vessels (design and approval/classification)
- Experience from working in a start-up or small Company
