Chief Technology Officer – Management

Henrik Österman has extensive experience in engineering, product development and technology leadership. He has more than 20 years of experience from the energy and industrial sectors, including over 15 years working with ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) technology. Henrik Österman has held senior roles such as R&D Manager at Svenska Rotor Maskiner (SRM) and CTO/COO at InEpact AB, leading development and innovation within waste heat recovery technology. Most recently, he worked as a leadership consultant at Chief Consulting AB, where he led a three-year assignment at Scania’s Project Office introducing new biofuel gas drivelines. Henrik Österman holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).
